Career Services Staff Bios


Scott Turner

Scott is Director of the USC Price Career Services team. Prior to taking on this role, he served as associate director of MBA Career Services in the USC Marshall School of Business. During that time he created and deployed comprehensive career development planning for full-time and part-time MBA students and developed over 30 workshops annually on topics ranging from job search strategies to personal branding. Scott established and cultivated contacts with employers, increasing job placement opportunities by 25 percent.

Before arriving at USC, Scott worked as a financial analyst and as a specialist in operations resource development at Mattel, Inc. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.

Julie Labich

Julie Labich is USC Price’s Associate Director of Employer Relations. In this role, Julie focuses on employer engagement and building on-campus recruiting programs. Julie has an extensive background in employer relations and talent acquisition, and has been with USC for more than a decade. She worked in career services for the USC Marshall School’s MBA and undergraduate programs, where she managed and built strategic relationships with employers.

Prior to joining USC, Julie worked in consumer marketing and community relations for GCI Group (now Cohn & Wolfe). In addition to her client work, Julie created training and development programs for new hires and college interns. She also worked in the talent acquisition group at DirecTV, focusing mostly on summer internship recruiting.

Allyson Himelstein

Allyson Himelstein joined the Price Career Services team in August 2016. As Career Services Advisor, she contributes to organizing events, maintaining USC Price’s on-line job database, PriceNet, coordinating the international summer internship programs, and providing student advisement.
