Career Services Staff Bios
Valerie Savior is the Director of Career Services at USC Price. Prior to joining the Price School, Valerie served for 10 years as the Director of Occidental College’s career development center. In that role, she directed the center’s employer relations, experiential learning program and career counseling, and oversaw tremendous growth in the center’s programs and the number of students served.
She brings extensive experience in team management, stakeholder relations, program development, a keen understanding of student needs and excellent communication skills to the Price community. Valerie works closely with the vice dean for academic affairs and the department chairs to develop and implement an innovative plan to provide career services to undergraduate and graduate students at the Price school.
Allyson Dhindsa is Price’s Career Services Assistant Director. Prior to arriving in Los Angeles, she was an assistant director at the Anti-Defamation League, an executive recruiter in Manhattan, a guest lecturer at NYU’s Career Center, and most recently, a career advisor at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. Currently, Allyson manages career education and programming for undergraduate and graduate students at the Price School.
Allyson has her bachelor’s degree from Emory University and her master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. In her free time, she is the Chairwoman of the Young Leadership Board of Smile Train, a nonprofit organization that provides cleft lip and palate surgeries to children in developing countries. She is a voracious reader and loves exploring new cities on foot.
Seta Kenady is the Associate Director of Employer Relations for the Price Office of Career Services. Seta focuses on private, federal, global, local, nonprofit and public sector employment.
Prior to joining Price, Seta was the Associate Director of Employer Relations and Recruiting at USC Marshall Graduate Career Services Office, where she has over 22 years of experience managing employer development and outreach. She has a depth of knowledge about corporate relationship development and event programming. At Marshall, Seta managed the on-campus recruiting program with over 300 company visits per year, as well as their large-scale career fair that is held every spring. Additionally, Seta successfully managed the implementation of various recruiting platforms for the career center.
Prior to USC, Dominic Alletto served as the Assistant Director of Career Counseling at Occidental College where he developed and managed a suite of class-based career readiness programs. He played an instrumental role in launching new technology platforms to increase employer and student engagement for the opening of the Hameetman Career Center. Dominic received both his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master of Education from Azusa Pacific University. He is a certified practitioner in the Strong Interest Inventory and has extensive training in the Gallup Strengthsfinder. He is excited to showcase the amazing talents of Price students to employers and alumni.
