USC Price School of Public Policy Professor Paul Ginsburg testified before the California Senate Committee on Health on March 16 about fostering competition in consolidated markets.
In his testimony, Ginsburg – who also serves as director of public policy at the USC Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Economics, and holds the Norman Topping Chair in Medicine and Public Policy – focused on the implications and complexities of the consolidation trend in the health care market.
