Gayle Bullock is currently Vice President and Portfolio Manager with the Bullock Group at Morgan Stanley where she oversees the management of over $300 million in group assets and provides guidance to health care executives on individual and corporate portfolio management, retirement plans, and financing. She was previously Vice President at Merrill Lynch from October 1994 to September 2011 (17 years) where in the same capacity she was recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager, one of the largest and most widely published wealth manager award programs in North America that recognizes outstanding service professionals.

Among her former positions, she was CEO and founder of NeuroCare of Orange County, an entrepreneurial company operating outpatient neurology programs. She also served as a consultant to venture capitalist firms specializing in healthcare, and later launched another healthcare company with sophisticated venture capital before joining Merrill Lynch. A respected industry executive, Ms. Bullock held leadership positions at several area hospitals, having served as a Senior Vice President at Memorial Health System and as CEO of St. Jude Hospital in Yorba Linda with St. Joseph Health System where she earned the designation of Fellow and was named “Up and Comer” in Modern Healthcare.

She holds an MPA and Certificate in Health Services Administration from the University of Southern California, and is a member of Cardinal and Gold. Ms. Bullock’s professional and community activities include past roles as President of both Health Care Executives of Southern California and Women in Health Administration and board member of The Ballet Pacifica, the Blind Children’s Learning Center, and the local National Charity League chapter and its philanthropies.
