William Barcellona is an adjunct professor at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. He currently works for the California Association of Physician Groups as the Vice President of Government Affairs, implementing government affairs program for the trade organization of 150 medical groups.
Professor Barcellona also served as the Deputy Director of the California Department of Managed Health Care in Sacramento. He also has twenty years of experience working as an attorney, having practiced in the areas of health care regulation and medical malpractice law.
Professor Barcellona received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton. He received a law degree from Western State University College of Law, and earned a Master of Health Administration from USC in 2006.
