About Dr. Liu:
Dr. Liu is the faculty advisor for graduate and undergraduate students in the concentration of Planning and Economic Development at the Andrew Young School. She conducts research and publishes in areas including community and economic development, urban labor market, immigration, creative economy and entrepreneurship. Her works have been funded by US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Haynes Foundation, Kauffman Foundation, and Upjohn Institute for Employment Research. She is a 2011 participant of Regional Leadership Atlanta program.
