About Dr. Lee:
Dr. Lee’s research has appeared in leading academic journals such as American Economic Review: Papers & Proceedings and Regional Science and Urban Economics. Dr. Lee’s research interests focus on neighborhood dynamics, housing, and urban policy. Her current research includes the neighborhood effects on residential mobility, supply- and demand-side determinants of gentrification, household formation in a recession, and housing choices in aging households.
