USC welcomes students who are entering freshmen, entering transfer students, and current USC undergraduates who are in good academic standing. Admission is based on an assessment of the student’s academic background and potential for success at USC.

Entering Freshmen and Transfer Students

Change your Major to PPD: Current USC Students

Current USC students interested in adding the major in Policy, Planning, and Development must attend an information session. The information sessions are hosted by admission and advising staff to answer questions about the major and your specific course plan. All information and paperwork to add the major will be available at the sessions. Please RSVP to attend.
