BS in Real Estate Development Undergraduate Admission
The Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development welcomes students who are entering USC for the first time as freshmen, transfer students from community colleges or other universities, or current USC undergraduates in good academic standing who would like to change their major to RED.
Freshman candidates are evaluated on the rigor of their high school course work, grades and standardized test scores. A personal resume, an essay and school recommendations also play an important role in the admission decision.
The USC Office of Admission, which makes all admission decisions for Price undergraduate degree programs, can help with pre-admission counseling through a variety of on-campus programs. Freshman applicants are encouraged to Visit USC either on campus on or the road.
