General Education Requirements

USC’s general education program provides a coherent, integrated introduction to the breadth of knowledge needed for students to consider themselves (and to be considered by others) well educated. This program requires six courses in different categories, plus writing and diversity requirements, which are described in detail on the General Education Program page in the USC Catalogue.
