Public Policy and Law Track
America and the world need a new generation of leadership that will create effective, evidence-based policies that efficiently and equitably confront our society’s difficult problems.
USC Price undergraduates choosing this track are introduced to the policy-making system, learn to formulate, analyze, and evaluate policies, and engage in specific topical classes in crucial policy areas such as crime, health, and economic development. Students gain the skills to move on to graduate programs in law or public policy, enter an agency position, or help an organization advocate for change.
Great Preparation for Law School
“My degree from USC Price provided the perfect foundation for my career as an attorney. The law is an expression of public policy and my degree provided me with the fundamental building blocks I needed both for law school and for my career as a lawyer.”
