Faculty RSVP

All faculty should RSVP to the commencement ceremony no later than March 17 to ensure that proper regalia is ordered for them in a timely manner. The RSVP link can be accessed here.

Regalia

Faculty who do not own their own commencement regalia should fill out the RSVP form by March 17 notating their need for regalia and proper height measurements.

Regalia rentals can be picked up in RGL 111 two weeks before commencement during normal business hours (M-F 8:30-5:00).

Price School Satellite Commencement Ceremony Arrival Information

• Commencement is taking place on Friday, May 12, 2023
• Faculty are expected to arrive no later than 10:15 am for Faculty Line Up at the Shrine Auditorium immediately following the main USC ceremony

Price School Reception

• Following the Satellite Commencement Ceremony, there will be a reception at approximately 1:00 pm for graduates at McClintock Lawn (USC Village).

Faculty Marshal Duties

Faculty invited to serve as marshals at the USC 140th Commencement Ceremony report to assembly locations in Alumni Park by 7:45 am. Please note that the USC Cultural Relations and University Events Office (CRUE) is responsible for emailing marshal instructions and information in late April.
