Interlibrary Loan (ILL) questions
Due to COVID-19, USC students, staff and faculty can not request materials from other libraries through our ILL service. We are limited to only USC resources. Please also see the following information on how to return currently checked out ILL materials:
· Please keep your current ILL books for the time being. Over the next few weeks, staff will manually change any currently checked out ILL item’s due date to 5/15/2020. Since library staff have to do this manually, it will take some time but you will eventually receive an email with the revised due date.
· If you want to return materials now and you are local and are either on campus or willing to come to campus, you can drop off the items in one of the drop-off boxes (Leavey, DML, Dental, etc.). This is an exception to the current rule that ILLs must only be dropped off at the Leavey circulation desk.
· If you must return materials now for whatever reason, you can contact staff at [email protected] and they will send you a return label. You will need to drop off the item at any UPS Store or other UPS retail location.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
