Shanghai Jiao Tong University
The Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), established in 2003 and located in the heart of downtown Shanghai, has developed into one of the most influential and international schools in political science and public administration in China. Since its founding in 2003, SIPA has always prided itself in excellence in teaching, research, and service to society. SIPA trains its students to become future public officials, from mayors to local leaders.

Courses: USC graduate students will take up to 12 credits from the SIPA program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Students will be required to select from the list of 4-6 SIPA courses offered in English each semester.
