Brian P. Kelly, Acting Secretary, State of California Business, Transportation & Housing Agency will discuss the intersection of affordable housing and TODs at the 3rd annual TOD Summit. Kelly helps oversee State support for the major expansion and strengthening of Southern California’s transportation system and the important role of TODs.
