Richard A. Namerow
Richard Namerow is a partner in the CSC Global Healthcare Solutions Consulting Group. He is currently acting as an Account Executive in Southern California and has significant relationships as a trusted business advisor to many community, teaching, academic, and research institutions across the west coast. Mr. Namerow has more than 23 years experience in the provider, as well as payor, health sectors leading projects in strategy, finance, decision support, solutions design and performance improvement. His experience includes such diverse functional areas including revenue cycle, supply chain, software implementations and balanced scorecard strategic linkages. Mr. Namerow has held various roles in the areas of management consulting and people leadership development including regional solution line leader, payor sector leader, and area people leader.
Prior to joining CSC, Mr. Namerow was the Global Healthcare practice general manager at US Technology Resources, a hybrid model global delivery IT services and consulting firm. He had overall responsibility for designing and implementing solutions to his clients utilizing a combination off shore, near-shore and on shore project resources. Prior to US Technology, he spent 21 years as a staff member and partner in the health care management consulting practice of Ernst&Young and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young where he led major mission critical business transformation projects.
Mr. Namerow studied chemistry and mathematics at Cornell University and completed his MBA in healthcare management and finance at Cornell University. Additionally he is a certified Franklin Covey facilitator version 3.0 and has led multiple sessions on principle-centered leadership and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. He is an adjunct professor of healthcare finance at USC Price and is a member of USC Price’s Health Advisory Board.
