Daryl Dixon founded Diversity Resource Group (DRG) with a vision to provide resources to help organizations address the growing diversity of the workplace. Initially focusing on diversity of race and gender, DRG has expanded its resources to address diversity in other areas including behavior, leadership, learning, listening, time management, work expectations, conflict resolution and team dimensions.
Daryl has earned a reputation as a leading authority in workforce diversity and has consulted with global corporations, non-profits, and public organizations such as, NIKE, Iberdrola Renewable Energy, Umpqua Bank, Holt International, Bonneville Power, Portland General Electric and the Port of Portland.
Daryl is a certified EEO investigator and his previous experience includes service as an EEO officer in the U.S. Army, the Director of Multicultural Services for George Fox University and a Vice President with Lee Hecht Harrison, a global career management firm. Daryl received commendation from former Oregon governor, John Kitzhaber, for his work in diversity education in public schools. Daryl earned his BA degree from Morehouse College and the M. Div. from George Fox University.
