Jovanna Rosen is a Research Assistant Professor at the USC Price School of Public Policy. She previously served as a postdoctoral scholar at the Price Center for Social Innovation. She received her Ph.D. in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Southern California in May 2016. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley. Her research focuses on community and economic development, community investment, and urban sustainability.
