Overview: I study power and status in organizations and how that influences employee experience across different social identity groups. I approach the work heavily invested in blending qualitative and quantitative methods and care a lot about counter-storytelling to uncover those at the intersections of multiple marginalized identities. My prior work has emphasized diagnosing disparities, but my future research agenda aims to test and implement interventions to increase engagement & well-being.
