Overview: My research leverages decision psychology and behavioral science to understand health and environmental behavior, so as to inform interventions for attitudes, risk perception and behavior. In my work I am focusing on the interaction of social and cognitive factors (e.g., individual differences in cognitive processing, risk perception) that impact health behaviors and sustainability. My goal is to conduct cross-disciplinary research which 1) has real world applications for public and health policy and 2) has the potential to positively impact society promoting health and environmental equity 3) provides new insights on psychological processes of judgements and decision-making.
