As a Police Administrator I with the Los Angeles Police Department, Gnanapragasam discusses the importance of bringing together professionals from across the public safety sector to learn from one another and tackle complex issues from multiple perspectives. He reflects on the relationships he built throughout the program, the insights he gained from instructors and fellow participants, and the practical lessons he has applied in his work since completing the program.
