Congratulations to the Summer 2026 cohort of USC’s Executive Leadership Program (ELP) on successfully completing the certificate program at the USC Capital Campus in Washington, D.C. Over the course of the week, participants engaged in discussions on leadership, emerging threats, technology, and community engagement while learning from USC faculty, nationally recognized experts, and experienced public safety leaders. The program also provided opportunities for networking, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas among professionals committed to advancing public service.
This year’s cohort represented a diverse group of leaders from law enforcement, fire and emergency services, local and federal government, emergency management, and public and private sector organizations. Their willingness to share experiences, challenge perspectives, and build cross-sector partnerships reflects the collaborative leadership needed to address today’s complex public safety challenges. We congratulate each participant on this achievement and look forward to seeing the impact they continue to make in their organizations and communities.
