Among private research universities, USC consistently appears on the list of the top 10 recipients of federal research funding.
Research is a hallmark of the Price School of Public Policy. USC Price faculty are known for both their capacity to apply expertise from multiple fields to a singles issue and the depth of their contributions from each field. USC Price faculty rank third at USC in terms of per capita research grants, a reflection of both faculty productivity and the quality of research. MHA students have the opportunity participate in research being conducted through the Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Economics, the Center for Health Financing, Policy, and Management or through USC Price’s 10 other research centers.
