Q. What inspired you to choose your major?

A. I decided to major in Public Policy because I want to work on fixing the issues that I am passionate about. The major gives me the tools to analyse and address how policy impacts people’s lives.

Q. What opportunities has Price afforded you?

A. The Price School has connected me with internship opportunities and provides amazing advising and career services.

Q. What skills have you developed in your time at Price?

A. Price has taught me skills in analyses and writing that assists me in studying and solving current policy issues.

Q. Tell us about your internship experience

A. I interned on a State Senate campaign in my home district in Georgia, where I learned all the aspects of a political campaign and planned on policy agendas in the Legislature.

Q. What class have you enjoyed most at Price and why?

A. My favourite class was PPD 245 because it combined concepts in economics, policy, and planning to explain how cities develop and function.

Q. What are your future career plans?

A. My goal is to work in a Congressional office helping to develop and pass policy that increases access to a quality education.

Q. What is the best advice anyone has given to you regarding your education?

A. The best advice I received was to think about the material I learn can be used to better the lives of others.
