Eligibility:

• Must be permanent residents of the State of California, including undocumented students, and apply to fall graduate admission by December 15th
• Must be admitted into and plan to enroll in the following in-person programs at the University Park Campus for the fall semester: MPA, MPP, MUP, MHA, MPPDS
• Applicants to progressive degrees, online degrees, and other Price degree programs are not eligible.
• Awards will be renewed for a second year of graduate study assuming satisfactory academic progress towards one of the degree programs listed above. While full-time enrollment is not required, awards will only be renewed for a second year and may not be renewed for a third year.

The James Irvine California Scholarship is administered consistent with the University’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Recipients are chosen without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, or any other prohibited characteristic.
