Executive Leadership Development Program – County of Los Angeles

The Executive Leadership Development Program is an intensive, four-month program. Each cohort consists of 20 senior- and mid-level County executives who are competitively selected based on their current impacts and anticipated professional growth. The program models the best of executive education training for experienced public administrators through in-person and online sessions and executive coaching opportunities. The instructors consist of USC faculty, regional university faculty who specialize in public and nonprofit leadership, and Los Angeles County executives.
