Local Leaders Academy

Model. Inspire. Lead.

This program is designed to equip local elected leaders with strategies that will further develop and refine their leadership skills and styles. Program participants will strengthen their network and increase efforts of collaboration between County of Los Angeles administration and the surrounding cities. Upon completion of this program, participants will have the necessary tools to implement growth and progress to local governance and administration within their communities.
