The Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), established in 2003 and located in the heart of downtown Shanghai, has developed into one of the most influential and international schools in political science and public administration in China. Since its founding in 2003, SIPA has always prided itself in excellence in teaching, research, and service to society.
