The Master of Global Public Policy is designed and conferred by both Hong Kong University (HKU) and the USC Price School of Public Policy. Designed for working professionals, the Master of Global Public Policy is a 15-month degree program, spanning four semesters and comprised of four in-person sessions in Los Angeles and China. The Master of Planning (MPL) program provides students the core of knowledge that underlies forms and applications of urban planning for the new global city. Students learn in the heart of SoCal’s ever-evolving metropolis, which is an invaluable complement to the MPL curriculum.
USC Price’s Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program is carefully designed to bridge the three primary elements of real estate development: design, finance, and policy. Students work across the full range of development functions – market analysis, finance and deal structures, site planning, project management, and operations – and to all development types, including residential, commercial, retail, office and industrial.
Boasting strong ties to the fast-growing health care community, the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program offers access to the faculty and professionals who are reshaping health care policy and practice for the 21st century. The International Public Policy and Management Program (IPPAM) is a master’s degree program for mid-career professionals in government/social sectors, who wish to improve public policy in their countries and communities. The program builds conceptual and analytical skills important to the design of public policy, while fostering leadership and managerial skills needed to effectively run organizations that carry out social programs.
