John Raffoul has served as an adjunct professor at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy since 2004. Currently, he is the CEO of of White Memorial Medical Center. He previously served as its Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, where he was responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance, product standardization, information systems, and inventory control.
Prior to his work at the White Memorial Medical Center, Professor Raffoul served as the Vice President of Finance and CFO of Terrace Plaza Medical Center. In addition to working in medical management, he also taught at the University of Redlands.
Professor Raffoul received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Loma Linda University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from California State University, San Bernardino, and a Doctorate in Public Administration in Health Care from the University of La Verne.
