Details:
USC Price is proud to partner with the USAID Donald M. Payne International Fellowship by providing additional financial assistance for fellows who enroll at the Sol Price School of Public Policy.
Payne Fellows will be awarded a scholarship in the amount equal to $5,000 of tuition, renewable for a second year ($10,000 over two years) assuming satisfactory academic progress.
Applicants qualify for an admission application fee waiver and will also be considered for additional meritbased aid based on the strength of their application. For application fee waiver, please visit the Office of Graduate Admission website.

Eligibility:
- Must be a fellow of the USAID Donald M. Payne International Fellowship
- Must apply to admission by our December 15th scholarships deadline
- Must be admitted to and plan to enroll in the MPA (online or oncampus), MPP, or MUP programs
