Armughan Aymen Mastan

Biography

Armughan Mastan is a dedicated healthcare professional and MHA student currently serving as an administrative resident at Keck Medicine of USC. Born and raised in India, she graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and has worked in a variety of hospitals through multiple internships, gaining experience in patient care and healthcare delivery. Her passion for healthcare led her to intern at a cancer research institute, where she contributed to significant research on triple-negative breast cancer. Throughout her journey, she worked on the front lines during the pandemic which deepened her commitment to addressing health disparities in underserved communities and made her passionate about advocating for underserved communities. With published research and a focus on improving patient outcomes, Dr. Mastan strives to improve healthcare delivery and management while creating inclusive environments that empower marginalized populations.
