“At the hub of policymaking, I am looking forward to integrating my classwork in policy analysis and political discussion into my position as development intern at the National Coalition for the Homeless. This cohort joined at a very interesting time to be working on policy and I am hopeful that we can fight for the policies that we not only care about, but also the policies that necessitate a better future for generations to come. On a less serious note, I’m looking forward to exploring the food scene, monuments and museums, and more with DC’s amazing Metro system!”
