Please keep the following information in mind when completing the form:

• All scheduled campus visits are in-person meetings with an admissions counselor.
• Preferred visit dates must fall between Monday and Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (PST). Campus visits are not available on the weekends or outside of standard office hours.
• While we will do our best to accommodate your requested date, availability is not guaranteed.
• Please note: During the summer semester, we are unable to offer campus tours or class visitations.
