Announcing the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy Community Impact Scholarship
The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy is pleased to announce the Price Community Impact Scholarship. The scholarship is intended to financially assist those who have made contributions to our professional communities (e.g., public policy, health administration, etc.) and plan to enroll in one of the Price master’s degree programs offered at the University Park Campus in Los Angeles.
Students with several years’ work experience, as well as those early in their careers whose contributions may have been through volunteer work, are encouraged to apply. Selection will be based on students’ professional contributions to our fields and their plans to build on those experiences after they graduate.
Amounts
- This is a $10,000 scholarship that will be awarded at $5,000 per year for two years for students pursuing a degree full-time in two-year programs.
- For students pursuing a degree in these programs part-time, the scholarship will be awarded at $3,333 per year for three years.
- For students pursuing a one-year degree full-time, the $10,000 scholarship will be allocated $5,000 fall semester and $5,000 spring semester.
Criteria
- The scholarship is open to domestic, undocumented, and international students.
- Incoming students planning to enroll in one of the following on-campus master’s programs for the 2025-2026 academic year are eligible to apply:
- Master of Health Administration (MHA)
- Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management (MNLN)
- Master of Science in Public Policy Data Science (MPPDS)
- Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development (MRED)
- Master of Public Administration (MPA)
- Master of Public Policy (MPP)
- Master of International Public Policy (IPPAM)
- Master of Urban Planning (MUP)
- Students who are not applying to a master’s degree program at USC Price, as well as currently enrolled students, are not eligible to apply.
- Based on professional work experience and financial need.
Scholarship Deadlines
The scholarship is limited to only entering students. Students must first apply to graduate admission to be considered for the Price Community Impact Scholarship.
Therefore, please give yourself enough time to apply for the scholarship by applying to admission as early as possible. Applying to admission on the scholarship deadlines below may cause you to miss the opportunity to apply to this scholarship.
Priority Deadline: March 16th, 2025
