Biography
Tara Blanc, Ph.D., is an associate professor (teaching) in the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. Dr. Blanc, who earned a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Arizona State University in 2008, has taught courses in public management, public service ethics, leadership, organizational behavior, and the MPA capstone. Her research interests include civic engagement, political behavior, and direct democracy.
In addition to teaching full time, Dr. Blanc is a consultant and author with more than 25 years of experience providing research and consulting services to clients in both the public and private sectors. She resides in Tempe, Arizona.
