PP / USP Change of Major Information

Current USC students who are interested in changing their major or adding a second major program in Public Policy B.S. or Urban Studies and Planning B.S. are invited to review the information below. The primary requirement to change major or add a second major in PP or USP is having at least 2.0 USC GPA. First-semester students at USC who do not have a GPA requirement are able to switch their major to PP or USP during their first term. Please make sure to submit a Major Interest Form so our team will be notified of your interest and intent to get the process started.
