The University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy announces the establishment of scholarships for domestic applicants outside of California. The Price School is committed to providing access to higher education for domestic, non-California residents.

Eligibility:
- Applicants must be domestic students outside the State of California
- Applicants must be entering students in the Fall 2025 semester to one of the following residence master’s degree programs:
- Master of Health Administration
- Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management
- Master of Public Administration
- Master of Public Policy
- Master of Science, Public Policy and Data Science
- Master of Urban Planning
- Applicants to progressive degrees, online degrees, and other Price degree programs are not eligible.
- Applicants who meet the above criteria, responded to the Dean’s Merit Scholarship essay question, and are offered admission to one of the programs listed above will be guaranteed a scholarship. Award amounts will vary.
- Awards will be renewed for a second year of graduate study assuming satisfactory academic progress towards one of the degree programs listed above. While full-time enrollment is not required, awards will only be renewed for a second year and may not be renewed for a third year.
- Eligible applicants will receive notification of this scholarship with their admission letters in February.
- Applicants are also encouraged to apply for additional Price School scholarships.

To apply, please complete the graduate admission application, as well as complete the Dean’s Merit Scholarship application which is part of the USC Graduate Admission Application, by the required deadline for one of the eligible programs listed.
