Biography
With over two decades immersed in law enforcement, my journey has been anchored in Executive Management within a progressive police force in Southern California. My expertise spans diverse domains including Patrol Operations, Finance, Grant Writing, Logistics, Event Planning, Intelligence Gathering, Jail Operations, Technology, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). I retired from law enforcement in 2024 with over 28 years of experience.
In 2022, I began teaching Crime and Public Policy at the Price School of Public Policy. I champion a teaching methodology that seamlessly weaves academic theory with tangible, relatable experiences. By fostering compassionate and secure dialogues, I strive to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application, creating a dynamic learning environment.
