Elijah Dow

Biography

Elijah Dow is a Masters of Public Policy candidate at USC. Elijah pursued his MPP degree to further his education in research-based solutions to the issues affecting marginalized populations. Currently, Elijah works as a Graduate Assistant at the Homelessness Policy Research Institute, where he is able to put his passions to work in solving the housing affordability and homelessness crisis. After graduating in May 2025, Elijah will be pursuing policy research work opportunities in the United Nations, Federal Government, and Non-Profit sectors.
