Lissette Santana Sotelo

Biography

Lissette Santana Sotelo is a 2nd year MPA graduate candidate with certifications in Public Policy and Public Finance Management at USC. She received her B.A. in Public Health with a minor in Urban Planning from the University of California, Irvine. With 8 years’ experience within the healthcare field, Lisette has worked as a certified nursing assistant, case manager, learning & development trainer, program coordinator, and program supervisor. She is also a mentor for programs at UCI, USC and within her company. Lisette enjoys teaching and learning about different perspectives. She am passionate about connecting with the community and forming meaningful partnerships. Self-care is very important to Lisette, who enjoys going on weekly hikes throughout the U.S. – most recently at Mount Rainer National Park.
