Tuition Insurance
Elective insurance coverage may be purchased to reimburse tuition and mandatory fees (excluding health insurance) for students who suffer a serious illnesses or accident that necessitates they leave USC before the semester ends. Students must accept or decline insurance at the time of registration. If they accept, a premium equal to .28 of 1% of the tuition and mandatory fees will be added to the student’s account.
The Tuition Refund Plan is offered through Dewars, Inc. Additional information and applications are available at the Office of Academic Records and Registrar.
The Price School of Public Policy encourages students to take advantage of this insurance coverage. USC Price will not issue tuition refunds for students who withdraw as a result of serious illness or accident.
