Gregory D. Chesley

Biography

Gregory D. Chesley, MHA is the Chief Executive Officer for Rheumatology Associates (RA) in Dallas, Texas. RA is affiliated with the UTSW School of Medicine. He holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of Southern California and a double major in Finance and Marketing from Mercyhurst University.

Greg began his healthcare career in 1996 as a staff accountant with HCA, progressing to senior accountant at Physicians Resource Group, and later financial analyst at CareSelect. He became the CEO of Texas Cardiac Associates in 2001, leading the organization until its acquisition in 2015. He then served as Practice Administrator for Tenet Healthcare and later Baylor Scott & White Health System.

In 2019, Greg joined DispatchHealth as Market Director, expanding their operations significantly. He transitioned to Vice President of Operations at Premier ACO in 2021, achieving top 10 ACO status based on savings percentage. Currently, he is the CEO of Rheumatology Associates, the largest private Rheumatology group in Texas.

Greg also runs two companies with his wife and volunteers as a youth Sensei at the Okinawan Karate Club of Dallas. He enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs.
