Biography

Manny Muñoz is a second-year Master of Public Administration (MPA) student from La Habra, California. As a first-generation student and son of immigrants from Jalisco, Mexico, Manny is deeply committed to enhancing the quality of life in all communities, particularly those that are marginalized. He believes that public servants should be passionate, innovative, and transformative leaders. Currently, Manny is the Community Development Director for La Mirada, President of Cal Poly Pomona’s Urban and Regional Planning Alumni Chapter, and Chair of the College of Environmental Design’s Dean Advisory Council. He also leads as the Co-President for Mentorship for an Accessible Price (MAP), Graduate Vice-President for Price Latinx Student Association (PLSA), Governing Board Member for the Norman Topping Student Aid Fund (NTSAF), serves on the Norman Topping Student Aid Fund Events Committee, and is as a USC Price Student Ambassador. Manny is passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders within the Trojan Price Community.
