Biography
Holly is a land use consultant at the firm Montgomery Clark Advisors in Los Angeles,
specializing in land use strategy and entitlement advice. Prior to consulting, Holly
practiced land use law as an attorney at Latham & Watkins, worked for two federal
judges and did a short stint as Assistant City Attorney in several land use intensive
incorporated cities in and around Los Angeles County.
