Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development (BRED)

BRED Admissions

The Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development (BRED) welcomes students who are entering USC for the first time as freshmen, transfer students from community colleges or other universities, or current USC undergraduates who would like to change their major to Real Estate Development.

Freshmen Applicants

Incoming first-year students demonstrate superior academic performance and the potential to do more. The USC Office of Admission, which makes all admission decisions for Price undergraduate degree programs, can help with pre-admission counseling through a variety of programs and tours.

Freshman applicants who indicate Real Estate Development as their first choice major can be admitted directly to the Price School.

Transfer Applicants

Anyone who has attended college after high school and wishes to attend USC is eligible to apply as a transfer student. Applicants to the BRED major are advised to seek admission before they have completed 54 transferable units, including BRED prerequisites. Transfer students will complete a minimum of five semesters at USC for the Real Estate Development major.

The USC Office of Admission, which makes all admission decisions for Price undergraduate degree programs, can help with pre-admission counseling through a variety of programs and tours. The Transfer Programs site is a valuable resource.

The USC Transfer Planning Guide helps students choose courses from a specific transfer college before applying to USC.

Transfer applicants who indicate Real Estate Development as their first-choice major can be admitted directly to the Price School.
