Carolyne Villaescusa

Biography

Carolyne is a first year MPA student at USC Price excited about working on education policy in the public sector. Originally from Calexico, California, Carolyne holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Education Sciences, as well as Social Policy and Public Service from UC Irvine.
