D-Clearance Request for Undergraduate Students

Below are the courses for undergraduate students that require D-Clearance.  Please click on the course for which you are requesting D-Clearance, and complete the online form.  Some courses listed below will have an instructional note on who to contact for D-Clearance.    

PLEASE NOTE:  If you need D-Clearance for more than one class, you will need to fill out the form for each class.
